E-books are delivered as e-mail attachments and may be ordered Internationally.
Shipping charge for printed books is $5.50 each.
Books will be delivered by US Mail, and are available within the USA only.
We offer refunds only to commercial outlets on paper books.
Books that arrive in a damaged condition will be replaced by merchandise only.
We will work with e-book purchasers in order to make sure they receive the correct format, etc.
If you own a Kindle, please choose our PDF format for the best results.

Book covers in lieu of books
Damaged Books
We accept unsold paper books from bookstores and commercial outlets if they are shipped back to us in condition for resale and the store pays the shipping charge.
