Job Description
Cianbro is seeking a talented Photographer/Videographer to support content creation for marketing communications, including but not limited to website and social media content, ads, company newsletters, proposal content, internal communications, and more.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is skilled in photography and video production. This position requires a high level of creativity, organization, and commitment to meeting tight deadlines. The wage range for this position is $900.00 to $1,400.00 per week. Compensation will be determined based on knowledge and experience.
Job Responsibilities - Collaborate with the creative services team, senior management, project teams, and company departments to identify and develop visual storytelling that supports strategic business objectives.
- Coordinate travel to jobsites both locally and nationwide to capture high-quality photo and video content that showcases projects, team members, equipment, and company operation.
- Edit, organize, and prepare photo and video content for distribution across internal and external communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records and organize all collected materials within the company's digital asset library for archival and on-demand use.
- Maintain awareness of jobsite safety requirements and work practices while photographing and filming in active construction and industrial environments.
- Apply a strong attention to detail when capturing and reviewing content to ensure it accurately reflects company brand, jobsite conditions, safety practices, equipment use, and operational standards.
- Develop engaging video content and social media reels that support recruiting, marketing, and company communication objectives.
Qualifications/Requirements - 3-5 years of professional experience in photography, videography, composition, audio, editing, and visual storytelling.
- Applicants must provide a portfolio or demo reel demonstrating photography, videography, and editing capabilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to following company policies, brand standards, and established style guidelines.
- Strong ability to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color, and visual design principles.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout Cianbro's operating regions nationwide.
- Drone pilot's license required.
